At his previous employer he was a part of an authorization support team that helped get a company group kindergarten and middle school IB authorized. Mr Ghaston has also been twice approved to lead sessions for IB Global Conferences in Beijing, China and Bangkok, Thailand.

Victoria Jarratt Gibbs comes from New Zealand and comes with more than 12 years of experience in education, in particular the IB PYP programme. She has specialized in the field of Student Support Services enabling children of all backgrounds and abilities to fulfill their potential. She completed 6 years at university studying education including a focus on the learning, behavioral, social and emotional differences in children. She has a particular interest in neuroplasticity and a whole-child approach to understanding and supporting any barriers children may face in their learning.
Jiyeon Min

Jiyeon is a versatile musician and educator who enjoys all genres of music. She has experience teaching primary through college students and successfully guided them to serve their needs.
This includes advising primary students to find their musical voice, secondary students to build academic music portfolios for college application, and college students pursuing music as their career choice. Jiyeon can play the violin, piano, and many other instruments and conduct orchestra and choir.
She has a bachelor's degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music, a Master's degree from RICE University, and is currently a doctoral candidate at Indiana University.

Andrew Delaney

He is a postgraduate from the University of Liverpool, England, where he studied sports studies and business enterprise. He has also achieved a postgraduate early years qualification at Edgehill university, Lancashire. He has worked in the education industry as a highly skilled teacher for more than 8 years. In his second to last school in Beijing, he progressed through the roles from teacher to trainer, to head teacher of the education faculty, to school principal and finally regional principal.
His highlights were moving the school to a new upgraded building. leading the campus to be the highest performing school out of all of the schools under its umbrella in terms of sales, revenue and profit, and leading the most staff developed and promoted into senior roles.

Anna Macakova is a primary school teacher with decades of experience in education. Since 2019, she has been teaching art at Art centrum Magic steps,Xinmeng Kindergarten and volunteering at SUlS Xiamen in the art department. She has taught primary school in Wuhan for 5 years, specializing in English language arts (ELA) for lower primary.
Aaliya prides herself on equipping her students not only with ELA skills but also the confidence they require to be effective English speakers.
She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Education through the University of Hull in the UK and conducting research that best benefits English second language learners.
